At Panel World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project; if your wall panels or flooring don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized pallet orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
