Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger bulk orders or custom acoustic panels, delivery may take up to 10-14 business days depending on your location.
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for most of our wood, PVC, and 3D wall panels so you can verify the texture and color in your own space before committing to a full purchase.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your panels arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are the panels moisture-resistant for bathroom use?
Our PVC and stone-composite ranges are 100% waterproof and suitable for bathrooms. However, our natural wood slat panels are recommended for dry areas only.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide detailed DIY installation guides with every order, we do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a local contractor for complex large-scale projects.
